The Magic in My Mind follows the journey of a young girl named Zola as she learns to understand her own way of thinking. The story gently explores the ups and downs of learning differently, showing children that there is strength, creativity, and confidence in the way their minds work. This story was inspired by my daughter’s own learning journey. When I learned she was dyslexic, I wanted to create something that would encourage her, make her smile, and build her confidence. Writing this book became a way to celebrate who she is and to remind other children that learning differently is nothing to be ashamed of. I hope The Magic in My Mind is a warm reminder that every child has something special within them, and that their challenges do not define them.
